Hello! My name is Alyssa Vignone and I work as a therapist under Empower and Thrive Counseling. My license is LPC and I graduated with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Felician University. I specialize in working with those diagnosed with eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, depression. I also work with parents and child in understanding attachment issues and family dynamics. I use psychodynamics and person-centered modalities. I use these modalities to help us understand your upbringing and how it affects you and your world now. On occasion, I use art therapy as a modality for those who are open to it. A greater understanding of yourself now and where you would like to be. I ask clients to challenge themselves and come out of their comfort zone in order to grow.
