I bring a warm, empathetic presence in combination with my background in transpersonal psychology, mindfulness, CBT, gestalt and art therapy. In an atmosphere of safety and trust, you will be able to face your challenges and ultimately celebrate your successes. The combination of life’s stresses with ineffective coping creates anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns, and overall unhappiness – a painful downward spiral. In therapy we work together to understand where these patterns come from and how to change them. You will get tools for coping with difficult and overwhelming emotions, healthy expression and communication, and understanding what you need to feel better. Living your best life and relief from suffering are top priorities. Our first session will be an intake where we'll identify your needs and goals so we can get started right away on helping you find relief. Each session will focus on meeting those goals, whether it is learning new coping tools, expressing emotion, or finding meaning and direction.
