Welcome! My name is Amber and my practice is called Discover You Therapy, PLLC. I provide individual psychotherapy to Texas adults via virtual sessions. Rather than adhering rigidly to a single therapeutic model, I will flexibly incorporate techniques from mindfulness based therapy, emotionally focused therapy, grief therapy and other frameworks as appropriate.
