I became a licensed clinical social worker because I wanted to help other people experience the same restoration of their self connection and relationships as I was able to. I love to hear people’s stories, and assist in helping them work through any issues they are experiencing. I have experience in working in the hospice arena. as well as working in an office setting working with people struggling with stresses, relationships, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, and confidence. I take a holistic and empowerment-based approach in working with children, teens, and adults to overcome their challenges and return to a happier and more peaceful lifestyle. My focus is on healing, processing, and providing a balance of understanding, growth and application of skill to allow a more healthy and productive life. I explore how past experiences and relationships impact you today. I focus on meeting your goals, being open-minded and nonjudgmental, and staying real and relatable. I bring into the room empathy, kindness, knowledge, and a great listener. My methodologies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Empowerment.
