My approach is focused on a strong therapeutic relationship to help uncover the causes of distress and help you toward healing. I provide compassionate support to help uncover the causes of distress and help you toward healing. My hope is that you felt heard, and experienced a therapeutic relationship that is compassionate, empathetic, and safe. I will offer you insights into your experiences, provide education and support when needed, and use evidence-based treatment approaches for feelings of anxiety and/or depression.
