Anne Lotierzo
My clinical experience has spanned a variety of settings including community mental health, crisis intervention, private practice, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. Bachelor's Degree in English from Villanova University, a and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I have a doctoral degree from Liberty University with a specialty in Community Care and Counseling with an intensive track in Traumatology. My background is rooted in traditional therapy theories including primarily a psychodynamic or talk therapy approach which focuses on changing problematic behaviors, feelings, and thoughts by discovering their unconscious meanings and motivations. Most importantly, I have learned not to mold myself into one single approach and instead blend elements from different approaches to help tailor treatment to each patient's needs. Life is difficult. The journey is often filled with challenges - expected and unexpected. Are you struggling? Is life meaningful? Are you seeking something more for yourself? The path toward a new beginning can start today. With an emphasis on flexibility, I commit to consistent, comprehensive, and individualized therapy adapted to your specific needs. Working together, we will design the best possible plan to achieve your goals for better emotional, psychological, and physical health.
