I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years of mental health experience. I currently work with clients age 16 and older. What I’ve come to know and understand is that therapy is a profoundly personal process. My goal is to ensure I create a safe environment for each and every client. I love working with all clients but at this time I am seeing clients age 16 and older. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment and self-esteem. I love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality; they often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers. Having worked in the field in different capacities in the past ten years, I’ve developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (1) identify the root cause of your challenges and (2) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
