Hi, I'm Ashley! I help women tap into their resilience, restore hope, and transform their lives with authenticity, compassion, and a passion for seeing women thrive. I like to consider myself THE therapist for women. My mission is to help individuals navigate life’s difficulties to become the best possible versions of themselves. Both my clinical and personal experiences have taught me that, though we cannot control everything, we can control our behaviors, perspectives, beliefs, actions, and HEALING. I plan to equip you with the tools needed to promote your overall well-being and facilitate lasting positive change. I hold EMDR and talk therapy sessions with clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and difficulty navigating challenges and transitions. However, I specialize in perinatal mental health, infertility, and EMDR. In addition, I run a support group for women struggling with infertility. Through additional training and certifications, I have and continue to develop a variety of tools to support you, and I may use different techniques during our work together. Accordingly, my approach is best described as client-centered and strengths-based, drawing also on theories and strategies of cognitive-behavioral therapy. When I am not practicing as a therapist, I am spending time with my family. We love to stuff our faces with tasty food and find new adventures. I also dabble in wedding photography as a creative outlet. But generally, you will find me advocating for women struggling with infertility and all the experiences it brings. I can't wait to work with you!
