I'm a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, and I'm here to support you. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and my graduate degree in counseling from the University of South Florida. I've primarily focused on helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, and stress. I also have a deep passion for working with families during the perinatal phase, as I understand how exceptionally vulnerable this time can be.
