Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas. She worked for over 5 years in residential addictions treatment and specializes in trauma processing, psychoeducation, and solution-oriented approaches. Ashley works with adult populations and is an LGBTQ+ affirming counselor. I am direct and challenging in my approach but not without understanding the importance of humor in the healing process.
