Hi there, my name is Brandi. For more than 20 years I've worked with people who have experienced things they would describe as painful, life-altering, or traumatic. I enjoy helping people figure out how those experiences have impacted their lives, their thoughts, and their views of themselves and the world around them. My approach is rooted in identity, connection, and internalized self-care. I believe people know what they want their lives to feel like, they just might not know how to make it happen. I partner with adults in individual talk therapy to assist them in processing the pain they've experienced and what they've had to do to keep themselves safe. We work together to create a plan for the life they envision. In our work together you'll come to understand why you are the way you are, gradually build authentic connections in your relationships, and learn to trust yourself.
