Evidenced based counseling interventions which are used include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Reality Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Unified Protocol, and Positive Psychology.
