My name is Briana Henry, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) offering telehealth services across California. I bring over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, flexible, and rooted in evidence-based care. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a personalized experience for each client. While I have extensive experience across the lifespan, my primary focus is supporting adults navigating life’s challenges. I frequently work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, caregiver stress, postpartum transitions, or chronic illness. Many arrive in therapy feeling stuck, depleted, or uncertain about their next steps. My role is to provide both tools and a safe, collaborative space where they can regain clarity, resilience, and balance.

In addition to my adult work, I also continue to serve children and adolescents when needed. Much of my earlier career was dedicated to supporting youth, and I find it meaningful to walk alongside young people as they navigate emotional, social, and academic challenges. I work with children adjusting to transitions, anxiety, depression, or trauma, as well as teens facing peer difficulties, self-esteem concerns, or identity development. I also actively involve parents and caregivers, offering strategies that strengthen the family system and empower parents to respond with confidence.
