Bridget Murphy
I am an LCSW with a history working with various populations, including youth, adults, and seniors. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Miami and master's degree in clinical social work from Barry University. I specialize in helping those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, addictions, and adjustment issues. My goal is to help clients feel empowered to make adjustments to live a more fulfilling life. In my approach to therapy, I use an eclectic mix of various therapy models, including strength- based therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I believe the foundation of any therapeutic relationship is meeting the client where they are at in order to build a foundation of trust that will enable them to examine their strengths and weaknesses and adapt to challenges they are facing. My goal is to create an environment that will facilitate positive change in a client's life.
