Hi, I highly value authenticity, empathy, and self-awareness both in myself and my clients, as I see them as key aspects of the therapeutic process. I also believe that, when used appropriately humor can be a powerful therapeutic tool. My goal is to validate my clients experiences without judgement, while providing one of the most fundamental human needs: the feelings of being seen and heard. I have a profound respect for the ability of therapy to transform lives. It has been an honor to witness this through my work with clients and in my own personal experience with therapy as an essential aspect of my self-care. My goal is to help clients move toward a place of healing, allowing you to live more fully in the present while processing and integrating past experiences. I particularly enjoy working with young adults ages 19-25, as this time often involves transitions, such as starting out in a career or going to college or becoming independent, where specialized support can be particularly helpful. I also have extensive experience providing therapy to older adults to navigate the complexities of retirement, enhancing overall well-being and quality of life.
