Advocating For You, LLC was founded with the mission to develop clients’ autonomy and advocacy skills so that they can optimistically confront life’s obstacles, promote resilience, and increase self-esteem. Clients are the experts of their own stories and, with those various life experiences, possess strengths, even when adversity may be debilitating. For the past six years, I have been developing skills to adequately help adults, adolescents, and families with stress, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts. In working together, we will find understanding and meaning in life's experiences to develop healthy coping strategies to build a sense of empowerment. Using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Writing Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I will help you navigate life’s current and future stressors.
