She likes to use Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. She individualizes the treatment to best meet the needs of each of her clients. She is very passionate about her work and wants to make her clients feel comfortable during their sessions.
