While I pride myself on being an eclectic therapist, pulling from various modalities, I predominately use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focusing on the interactions between feelings, actions, and thoughts. Fundamentally, I believe that if we can interrupt just one of those systems we can create change. Both in and after sessions you can expect to learn, practice, and leave with tangible skills you can utilize to create a healthier you. This may include coping skills, techniques for stress/anxiety management, relationship tools for improved communication, and so much more! My goal is to create a warm yet challenging environment so that you are actualizing your best self.
