My name is Brittney and I live here in Texas. I grew up in Texas and have lived her my entire life.
I began my journey as a therapist in 2016 and love what I do.
I work with pre-teens, teens, college students and all age range adults. We all go through difficult times in life and can find ourselves in the need for extra support. While we may experience similarities in what we go through, the way it affects us and the way we work through struggles can look very different from person to person. I want to be able to support you alongside your journey in the way that fits you best. I am trained in several different approaches, and have found that once size does not fit all. My focus is on you as the client, because you know yourself best. Through getting to know you, we can collaboratively work together to establish goals to work towards along the way.
