Hi there! I am Britton. I am a Dallas-based therapist specializing in young women's issues. My road here began many years ago when I started therapy myself. Therapy was (and still is) life changing for me. Learning that I could do something about the way I felt gave me the hope and empowerment that I had lost. Therapy taught me how to become my healthiest, happiest self, and I am passionate about helping others find their own health and happiness. My clients describe me as warm, caring, and challenging. Topics that come up in therapy can be serious, but therapy itself doesn’t have to be serious all the time. I believe in balance, and in the healing power of laughter, humor, and not taking ourselves too seriously. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationships, and major life transitions. I give women the tools they need to manage and reduce anxiety, cultivate healthy relationships, and set attainable goals. In our sessions, we take the time to stop, breathe , and process. We assess what is going on, what needs to change, and create a roadmap to your goals. We take into consideration your past hurts and traumas, and together we create a way for you to move forward.
