She enjoys helping clients find their idea of their best life and the journey that they take to get there. Her goal is to provide a safe space for self-reflection, openness, and self-connection. Calli uses such therapies as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical therapy, trauma informed therapy and Motivational Interviewing to assist clients in finding their own direction. She uses such techniques as journaling, psychoeducation, skills training, amongst others to provide her clients with tools to address symptoms related to mental health concerns. Calli is excited and ready to start this amazing and rewarding journey with you!
