My speciality is working with children and adolescents alongside their families who struggle with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. I have unique experience helping families transition out of acute levels of care such as residential treatment and navigate the complex family dynamics in the home setting. I thrive in helping families establish boundaries, expectations and communicating more effectively including cultivating empathy and curiosity within the dynamic. I believe that every child and adolescent has the potential for growth and positive change. By working together with families, I aim to create lasting, transformative impact that not only addresses immediate challenges but also fosters long-term emotional resilience and well-being. I offer individual and family therapy services to support my clients! I work with clients and their families who struggle with complex trauma histories including co-occurring substance use and mental health. I specialize in developmental trauma as well as attachment and family systems work. During the beginning stages of our time together, we will address goals and objectives to work towards healthier family dynamics.
