I often use Trauma Informed - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and ways to help. We will look at how thoughts affect emotions and experiences and how trauma impacts relationships and attachment styles. During treatment, I'll help you learn ways to transform your negative thought distortions to relieve symptoms and begin a new journey. work with clients who may be struggling to thrive based on obstacles concerning their mental and emotional well being. During our initial sessions, we will start to build rapport and trust to discuss client's needs. We will collaborate to create a treatment plan to set realistic goals to meet the clients' unique concerns. Many clients feel some sort of relief after the first few sessions.
