After receiving my Masters in Mental Health Counseling in 2015, I continued my training and became a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist. I have eight years of counseling experience with individuals from diverse backgrounds in inpatient, outpatient, and medical settings. My collective experiences have taught me that everyone is capable of finding a sense of peace that can help you create a life of ease and well-being. You already hold the key to your health and happiness. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who practices Mindfulness-Based and Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I am passionate about practicing Motivational Interviewing and implemented this modality throughout my career.
