Briefly; I am Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, a Licensed Professional cCounselor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I work with adult professional women dealing with anxiety, depression, past unresolved trauma, grief, stress and relationship issues. My philosophy is that life is not meant to live alone and in isolation. We need positive human beings to 'see' us and bear witness to our lives in order for us to become fully human. We need meaningful experiences to help us navigate this journey called life. My training as a Naturopathic Doctor affords me a lens to also consider and integrate your physical health, diet & lifestyle practices for your overall well-being. So, if you are tired of being tired, anxious, sad, depressed, going through the motions and feel stuck in chaotic relationships and confusion that drains you; AND you are willing to do the work to get well, then you need skilled, compassionate support to get you unstuck and get your life back on track to experience purposeful living.
