Therapy for Parents, Partners, and Professionals Therapy works best when you feel like your therapist really gets you. I work with men who feel overworked and unappreciated. Men who show up every day for the people that depend on them, but are struggling with burnout, stress, anger, and asking what actually makes them happy. I use humor and deepening questions in our work to explore your mental habits, figure out what's holding you back, and how to create change on a short and long-term basis. I know therapy can be hard as we challenge long-standing patterns, so I incorporate a mix of warmth, honest candor, and a research backed approach in my work. I've seen consistent and significant improvements with men over the last 6 years, and love to witness my clients get back to their full potential and then keep building. Change doesn't happen on its own, it takes work. I'm here to help you to identify and follow through with that work.
