I am more client centered and feed off of my client. I like to empower my client. They usually have the answer inside of them it has just got hidden and I want to help bring that out. Talk Therapy is mainly sitting and talking and listening and trying to figure out how to tackle a issue or situation in a appropriate way. I like client centered because clients usually have the answers inside of them, they have just got hidden due to other influences. I learn more from my clients than I ever did in college. My clients will be smiling and laughing at the end of session. My clients will learn new coping and calming skills to help them in their life. My clients will know that I am just a computer away from them if they need me.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.
