My name is Christal and I am a Floridan to my core who loves the sun and tranquil walks on the beach. I have a duel master's degree in marriage and family and mental health conseling from Webster University. I specialize in treating trauma, addiction, attachment disorders, codependency, and mood and anxiety disorders. My clinical background ranges from residential treatment, private practice, community mental health outpatient settings, and intensive outpatient treatment centers. My approach to therapy is to support my clients in a safe and validating setting with the goal of providing an environment that evokes warmth and compassion.
