My interventions include client-centered, motivational interviewing, thought restructuring, and mind/body connecting. I have extensive experience with Trauma, Addiction, Self Esteem/Confidence, Anxiety, Anger, ADD/ADHD, and Depression.
I chose to be a therapist when I realized that people’s thoughts, feelings, and actions are rooted in their self-concept and it made sense for me to help with the pain, to be a supporter and cheerleader. My toolbox is large and eclectic and enables me to meet you where you are and help you move forward. We will design your treatment plan specifically for your wants and needs. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
