I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with seven years of experience at a well know dual diagnosis treatment center and 35 years of experience in helping people recover from a seemingly hopeless and helpless state of mind through universal truths, principles, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, abuse, PTSD, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and move forward in life when they are stuck.
