Christopher Spall
My name is Chris Spall. I graduated with my master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Saint Leo University in 2007. I received my mental health counseling license in 2009. I have worked in a number of different types of therapy programs, including outpatient counseling, residential, inpatient, and aftercare. I started my private practice in 2012. I have supported people thorough tough times in their lives, dealing with anxiety and stress, depression, addiction, existential crisis, and emotional disregualtion. My theoretical approach is integrative, combining the skills of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with tackling some of the deeper questions through a Jungian approach whenever needed. I am very person centered and will make sure that the approach and goals are as individual as you. As a therapist, my job is to help guide you back to when you were feeling your best and help you achive your goals. Through evidence based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, we can work together to help you.
