Welcome! And thank you for choosing to learn about me. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, currently serving individual clients in South Carolina and Georgia. I am a proud HBCU grad, and retired military officer. I earned my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from The Liberty University, in 2013 and immediately began my practice thereafter. As a therapy and self-care advocate, I thrive in motivating clients to have healthy relationships with themselves and others. I believe compatibility is imperative to the counseling relationship. . I empower my clients by creating options and giving them the right to choose what is best for them. The ultimate goal is always for you to receive help that produces the best outcome. I am happy to offer referrals and other support resources as needed. If you choose to work with me, I can help with Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, depression, anxiety, stress and anger management, relational issues, and ADHD symptoms management. Therapy is more than just a job, it is my ministry. I believe that I was called to do this work, and it is evident in the transformation of many that I have encountered. I like to foster an environment that is mutually safe, yet challenging to achieve your best self. My approach is effective because I begin at the root of the problem, and guide you to where you want to be. I won't give up on you as long as you don't. Together we will keep trying until we figure out what works and master it.
