Hello! My name is Chudney, I am a dual licensed nurse practitioner. I am a certified family medicine and psychiatric mental health doctorate prepared nurse practitioner. I specialize in providing care for the whole being, working with patient's age 5-65 years of age. I believe that one's mental health is as important as one's physical health. It is my belief that mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being are sum of the whole being.

I am a native of Tennessee. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Baptist College of Health Science in 2011. I then went to earn a Master's in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Tennessess State University in 2017. In December 2022, I graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center with my Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health. Throughout my career, I have spent the vast majority of my clinical practice providing emergency, primary care, integrated, and mental health care to patients of all age groups. I possess a wealth of experience in treating a variety of psychiatric mental health disorders. Specializing in all depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, all childhood disorders, schizophrenia and all psychotic disorders.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
