Taking the first step towards making change is often the hardest, but you are not alone. Together we will work towards identifying your goals. It can be making changes to your relationships, mood, healing from trauma, or anything in between. Often, we ignore these things either by distracting or numbing ourselves. While it can be uncomfortable to sit with the discomfort of troubling times, there is growth and healing waiting for you on the other side. I work using a person centered lens as a clinician. I use this approach because when we consider mental health within the distinct contexts of our identities, cultural backgrounds, and worldviews, we can better care for ourselves and others. This approach allows me to be more inclusive of the uniqueness that my clients hold while honoring their experiences. I also enjoy being able to provide constructively creative tools clients will utilize in their journeys in personal growth and healing. I attempt to create a supportive and judgment-free environment where you can be free to be yourself. I aim to make sessions relaxed, comfortable, and interactive.
