In a world that throws all sorts of demands, challenges, and difficulties at us, we might often feel like we are being pulled in many different directions. These demands may come from others, society, or even yourself, and the discomfort may eventually result in things like depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. I have experience in addressing emotional regulation, distress tolerance, fostering self-compassion and self-esteem, building coping skills, mindfulness techniques, and more. My favored therapeutic approaches are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, though I do not subscribe strictly to those. You deserve to have a safe environment to voice your thoughts and feelings, and work toward your goals.
