I have worked with children , adolescents, adults, couples and families and can adapt my methods to meet many needs. I provide other professionals supervision and training to enhance client care. I am equipped to address trauma, loss, anxiety and depression. I have raised a family of my own, lived in rural communities, intercity communities and internationally, enabling me to develop a broad understanding of our universal human condition. I can assist If you are interested in reflecting on your past to assure an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses so you can develop a more satisfying life. After becoming aware of what you would like to do differently, I approach our work in a collaborative manner as partners in a process, using wisdom, patience, creativity, insight and humor. I am trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy, mind body techniques, insight oriented therapy , family systems and integrative healing modalities. I am certified to teach Yoga, have practiced as a massage therapist, and have had a meditation practice throughout my adult life.
