Hello! I'm Daniel, owner of ADHD Wellness Hawai'i and Elevating Minds Psychiatry in California. As an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner (PMHNP), I provide high-quality mental healthcare services to patients through telemedicine. With a strong background in both nursing and psychiatry, I possess the necessary skills and expertise to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, and I specialize in ADHD management. Please note that I offer medication management for clients as another tool to help improve your mental health as well as integrate other natural or holistic practices as well. I want to meet you where you are and help you reach your goals! I've earned my Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry, and have completed extensive training and clinical experience in psychiatric medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and crisis intervention. My practice is based on evidence-based, patient-centered care, which means that I work closely with my patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. My approach to care is collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I believe in building strong relationships with my patients, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where they can openly discuss their concerns and challenges. I am committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to all of my patients, and I am dedicated to helping them achieve optimal mental health and wellness. In addition to my clinical practice, I am also actively involved in research and education in the field of psychiatry. I have published articles in peer-reviewed journals, presented at national conferences, and taught courses on mental health assessment and treatment. I stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field and continuously strive to improve my clinical practice through ongoing education and training.

How do we select providers listed on PsychHub.com?

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. We aim to include only high quality providers and multiple viable options for those seeking care.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub’s educational content for practitioner training and client support. These fees enable us to operate our service, including screening and updating information on each provider.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don’t, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub’s educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
