I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, developmental disorders, academic challenges, social difficulties, and mental health disorders (anxiety/depression). I also help parents struggling to raise their child(ren) in our fast-paced and changing society. I use an eclectic approach to therapy that is solution-focused and person-centered in individual, couples, family, or group counseling settings. I offer a unique perspective by combining my expertise as a professional and a mother of adult children with autism, learning disabilities and other challenges. The world can be a tough place to navigate alone, especially when life throws you challenges.
