I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with 35 years of experience in mental health. I primarily see patients experiencing anxiety disorders and depression and use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. I'd like to hear from you; if you're having challenges and need help, I will hopefully be a good fit. I have a lot of empathy and compassion for anyone experiencing anxiety disorders and depression because I went through it in my twenties. It was a scary and disruptive time of my life. My symptoms were overwhelming at times. I felt so isolated and alone with my condition. I remember when the fog in my mind cleared up, I was so relieved. Over the years, I have learned much about the best practices for successfully treating these conditions. I have spent the past 29 years helping people successfully manage stress and overcome anxiety and depression. My strength as a therapist is my genuine nature of caring and being attuned to those who seek therapy. I have hundreds of satisfied clients whom I've helped.

We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
