I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Educational Psychology. I have worked with children and adults with various mental health disorders. I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety. My background consists of community mental health, respite care, and school counseling. My theoretical orientation is based on meeting a client where they are and leading them toward realistic goals. I enjoy working with children and adults. I am trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, and Brainspotting. I look forward to helping clients reach success through mindfulness, accountability, and change. The goals of therapy will be different for each client. You will walk away with a feeling of accomplishment, you will feel heard and respected. You will begin to recognize change no matter the size, small changes are still recognizable changes in the right direction. My goal is to always create an environment of safety, openness, and honesty.
