I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. In 2013, I graduated from Barry University with a master's degree in social work. I have experience working in residential facilities, colleges, and public schools. This experience has prepared me to work with children, teenagers, young adults and adults. I help people dealing with stressors find effective ways to manage their situation and become the best versions of themselves. I have heard from clients that they feel comfortable opening up to me. I think my biggest strength is realizing that talking to someone about a problem can be challenging. Consequently, going to therapy can be a big step for someone. I do not take that for granted. As a provider, I actively listen to my clients and assess their strengths. We will establish measurable goals and work together to achieve a desired outcome. After a quick introduction, we will discuss the particular problems that have prompted you to seek therapy in our first meeting. This will allow me to develop an individualized plan for us to work on in future sessions.

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
