Deborah Parsons
Life brings many challenges that can be overwhelming and impact our ability to cope on a daily basis. Sometimes we develop feelings of depression or anxiety associated with these experiences as a result and it can feel nearly impossible to get through these difficulties. I would be honored to walk through these life experience alongside you to serve as a witness, sounding board and guide. I graduated from Rivier University in Nashua, NH in 2013 with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. I now work as a Licensed (Clinical) Mental Health Counselor in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire working with adults who have a variety of symptoms including depression, anxiety, trauma, mood regulation problems, challenges with making or maintaining quality relationships and others. Prior to my current position, I worked for a large agency in Massachusetts that served individuals with a variety of mental health disorders. I work with adults by offering a welcoming, gentle, and laid-back approach that is holistic and collaborative. We will strive to find the right tools to help you gain a new perspective by exploring a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, relational therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, mindfulness, bibliotherapy and others.
