Hello!! My name is Deena and I am in the middle of my 4th year as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been providing outpatient mental health treatment for a total of 8 years. I love working with my clients to help them see that their life does have meaning and to show them that they aren't defined by their problems. I can help with a range of difficulties including every day stressors, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, anger issues, social concerns and other trauma related issues. I want to be able to help you get through the rough times so that you are able to see what all life has to offer!! I utilize a strengths-based approach that allows to see the positives in any situation. Therapy isn't something that is easy but once you learn the skills to work through the problems of now you will be able to sort out problems in the future as well! I am also trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) which can help your reprocess events that have happened in your life to reduce the traumatic effect it has!

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. We aim to include only high quality providers and multiple viable options for those seeking care.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub’s educational content for practitioner training and client support. These fees enable us to operate our service, including screening and updating information on each provider.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don’t, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. What causes us to remove providers from our site?
