Welcome to my profile! Thank you for taking that step of courage to seek the healing you desire! I am Delores Mayen, LCSW/LMSW-C. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas and Michigan, who provides Christian faith-based therapy to adults who face challenges with anxiety, childhood-trauma, adult trauma, abuse, relationship building and just the currents involved when navigating through this thing called life. I also work with young adults, single-mothers, women with families, and men/women who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. I have experience working in the mental health field for over 10 years and have been providing clinical therapy services for 6 years. I am passionate about this field because I believe that everyone deserves healing in all areas of their life and that a diagnosis or challenge does not define a person. I offer faith-based Christian therapy to all of my potential clients, as I found that this is the most beneficial method of treatment I have ever worked with in practice. I have worked with clients who have made remarkable progress and found hope when engaging in this faith-based practice. I will be more than happy to work with anyone who is open to trying faith-based Christian therapy, as I can guarantee they will not be disappointed. Spirituality from diverse religious beliefs and practices from around the world, are widely accepted when addressing healing in the mental health field. However, it is unfortunate that Christian-faith based therapy, is a priceless gem that has been overlooked in the healing sector of mental health. I am here, as a clinician to offer that gem for the benefit and wellness of potential clients, who would like to experience everlasting healing. The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. We aim to include only high quality providers and multiple viable options for those seeking care.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub’s educational content for practitioner training and client support. These fees enable us to operate our service, including screening and updating information on each provider.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don’t, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub’s educational content. There is no other affiliation between Psych Hub and the providers listed on our site.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
