I have over 12 years of experience in varying capacities within Child Protective Services. My experience has helped me understand generational patterns of abuse and the effects trauma has on a persons life. When working with clients I try to help them identify their own strengths and develop positive coping skills. I have experience in helping clients work through trauma. I believe in providing effective therapy that teaches clients coping skills to handle stress and conflict. I wants to offer clients a safe place in which they can share and begin to heal.
