Hello! Thanks for being here! As a provider, I have almost 15 years of experience treating individuals across the lifespan with a wide range of presenting concerns. I also specialize in ADHD/LD, international adoptions, pre-PCS, immigration/N-648, and general psychological testing. My focus is on employing multiculturally-competent and empirically-validated methods in my work serving others. My strength lies in diagnosis, assessment, and treatment implementation. I conceptualize each person within their unique cultural backgrounds, engendering an accepting, non-judgmental environment. I work from where you are currently and employ empirically-validated treatment tools (i.e., mindfulness, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, ERP, culturally-sensitive approaches) to help address a wide range of concerns. I am here to help you tackle whatever struggle or challenge you may be facing right now. I come with a lot of skills, expertise, warmth, and guidance.
