As a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor, Coach, Advocate, and established Therapist I believe the key to thriving in life is mental health wellness and happiness. Seeking help and prioritizing yourself is sometimes difficult, so congratulations on taking this step! I've been providing therapy for 23 years in various settings, hospitals to non-profits, and last fifteen years in private practice. A little about my approach to therapy Each client has their own story and challenges impacting their ability to live the life they currently desire. My strategies are focused around the clients strengths and providing safe space to approach difficulties and explore ways to heal and grow. What you can expect I begin with a phone consultation to briefly discuss the reasons you are considering counseling services. I also gather a few personal details, answer any questions, and explain what my therapy sessions are like. In our first meeting and assessment you will be able to share your story in a warm secure environment and explore actions you want support with. We can then begin working together on achieving your goals!
