Hi, my name is Dotty and I am trauma certified to help clients set goals to be accomplished within a pre-determined time frame, then I act as their accountability partner throughout our weekly meetings to crush said goals. In our weekly meetings we will be proactive in chipping away little by little at those tasks at hand. I may "prescribe homework" to help keep you stay motivated, offer feedback and new perspectives to help you gain insight, challenge you to grow in new ways, and much more.
