Let's see if we can fix that. I work with Adult LBGTQ professionals, those with ADHD and their allies, and those in alternative and kink relationships. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll move towards identifying and validating those stuck places and build action plans to resolve them. Together with a bit of mindfulness, hope, and trust in the process, you'll develop greater confidence in yourself. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow.
