The role of a psychologist is to assist individuals in moving from their own personal challenges with response in a manner which brings them happiness. I've worked with thousands of individuals, sometimes 5-10 visits, others 40-50 visits. Some primary issues include Anxiety, Depression, neglect, abuse and abandonment and related post trauma stress disorder My primary focus is to develop the rapport and relationship to make sure you are comfortable to be open and trusting. My second most valuable quality is for me to be a good listener. Third, it is essential to help you clearly define your key issues followed by outlining clear and effective plans. We begin with your presenting problem followed by insight into the underlying issues and concluding with goals embraced by a clear and specific means of developing new and lasting habits.
